Apartment Indigo
This 35 m2 apartment, being designed for a rental market, had to be sleek and minimal addressing the wide-ranging audience, yet characterful and original to become guest’s top pick. Spatial arrangement was carefully considered taking into account needs of the anticipated occupier. Therefore, hotel suite principles were applied to design interior both layout and detail wise, to ensure maintenance, operation, facility offer and finally customer experience all factor in creating a successful business case for the client. The journey, from the moment of arrival, and the sequence of look and feel moments have been planned out with an intention to create a relaxed luxurious setting. Material palette was put together aiming to deliver a modern experience yet celebrating traditional values and worth. Furniture and fittings are selected for their quality of design and detail, setting the mood and identity of the room.
