Fill the Gap

Feasibility study was undertaken to establish capacity of a vacant site in East London. Being a pocket site, two adjacent structures are the main constraints which drive the spatial planning. Sufficient use of space, strategic zoning and access to natural daylight were the main challenges. Client’s intention was to evaluate site’s potential through an early optioneering exercise. This then turned into a more detailed concept design, allowing to make a preliminary cost assessment.
