Barns Green
We are excited to have received a planning permission for the demolition of multiple structures on a Green Belt site and the construction of 2 new detached dwellings with generous well oriented gardens.
New development will provide a very good quality dwelling environment, improving the standards and quality of residential accommodation offer in the area. The proposal of two three-bedroom dwellings helps to satisfy the growing demand and housing targets set out by the Tandridge Council.
The replacement dwellings have been designed to be traditional in proportion and materials whist combining some modern features in the architectural detail. Materials include white render, weathered timber cladding, dark grey standing seam metal roof and dark grey aluminium frame glazing.
